Welcome to Flex & Glow. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our store. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Shipping & Collection

• Pickup/Collection: Free collection available at KhayaLokusutha Restaurant, KL01 Olakeni, Mbazwana (opposite the Old Jock Morrison).
• National Standard Delivery: R100, 7–14 business days.
• National Express Delivery: R180, 3–5 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

3. Returns & Refunds

• General Products (Sneakers, T-shirts, Accessories): Eligible for return within 7–14 days if unused and in original packaging.
• Cosmetics, Skincare, Perfumes, Personal Care: Not eligible for return once opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
• iPhones & Electronics: Returns accepted within 7–14 days if unopened and in original packaging. Opened or activated devices cannot be returned. Faulty devices are covered under manufacturer warranty (repair or replacement).
• Weaves: Returns only accepted if the wrong order was delivered. Must be returned within 7–14 days.
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct one.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately for assistance.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in ZAR (South African Rand). We accept secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other supported methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time.

6. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
